When attempting to display a rule from another display panel such as a group or a ruleset with PF11=Select the display was not correct. Problem was caused by erroneous return code from the rule record read routine when attempting to find a ruleset but the rulkeset does not exist. Therefore the rule was being treated like a ruleset resulting in the incorrect display.
